1. 服務說明

「Hanitoo 韓文」為一款 iOS 韓文學習應用程式，提供每日閱讀材料、聽力練習、點字查詢與離線單字庫、TOPIK 題型練習與模擬考、發音與文法規則，以及間隔重複複習。

2. 帳號

大部分功能免登入即可使用；未登入時，你的單字本與學習進度僅儲存於本機裝置，不會同步到雲端。
以 Google 或 Apple 帳號登入，即表示你同意我們取得必要的帳號資訊（電子郵件與顯示名稱），用於雲端同步。
你可隨時於「我的 → 設定 → 刪除帳號」永久刪除帳號及雲端資料。

3. 免費範圍與使用限制

新使用者享有 3 天免費體驗，期間內容不受限。
體驗結束後，每日的閱讀、聽力與進階練習需觀看一段獎勵廣告（解鎖當天）或升級 Premium。
免費方案另有每日次數限制：單字庫與發音測驗各為每天 3 次，跨日重置；此限制不能以觀看廣告解除，僅 Premium 不受限。
單字本、錯題本與文法填空遊戲不受上述限制。

4. 訂閱與付款

Premium 訂閱：月訂閱，價格以 App Store 顯示的當地金額為準。
付款由 Apple App Store 處理，於你確認購買時向 Apple ID 帳戶扣款。
訂閱會自動續訂。除非你在當期結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂，否則 Apple 會在當期結束前 24 小時內向你的帳戶收取下一期費用。
管理或關閉自動續訂：iPhone 的「設定 → 你的 Apple ID → 訂閱」，或 App 內「我的 → 設定 → 管理訂閱」。
已完成付款的當期費用不予退款；退款申請請依 Apple 政策至 reportaproblem.apple.com 提出。
若你曾在其他裝置購買，可於「我的 → 設定 → 還原購買」恢復訂閱。

5. 內容與授權

部分學習內容（文章、例句、解析）由 AI 輔助生成並經人工審核，僅供學習參考。
練習題與模擬考題均為本應用程式依 TOPIK 題型自製的原創題目，並非國立國際教育院的歷屆真題（기출문제）。
字典資料引用韓國國立國語院「한국어기초사전」，授權條款：CC-BY-SA 2.0 KR。
新聞類內容僅節錄標題與短摘要並附原文連結，著作權屬原出版者。
本應用程式的內容僅供你個人非商業性學習使用，不得複製、公開傳輸或再散布。

6. 禁止行為

破解、逆向工程，或以任何方式繞過付費與使用限制機制。
以自動化工具大量抓取內容。
干擾服務運作或試圖未經授權存取他人資料。

7. 服務變更與終止

我們可能新增、調整或移除功能與內容；重大變更會在 App 內或本條款中說明。
若你嚴重或重複違反本條款，我們可暫停或終止你的使用權限。
你可隨時停止使用並刪除 App；已產生的訂閱費用不因此退還。

8. 免責聲明

本應用程式為自學輔助工具，與韓國國立國際教育院及 TOPIK 主辦單位無任何隸屬或合作關係。AI 生成內容與字典釋義僅供學習參考，不保證與官方考試內容一致，我們亦不對你的考試結果負責。在法律允許的最大範圍內，本服務按「現況」提供。

9. 未成年人

未滿 18 歲者，應在法定代理人同意下使用本服務並進行任何付費。

10. 條款變更

本條款如有修改，將更新本頁的「最後更新」日期並於 App 內公布。變更後繼續使用即視為同意。

11. 準據法

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款所生爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

1. Service

"Hanitoo Korean" is an iOS Korean-learning app offering daily reading materials, listening practice, tap-to-look-up with an offline dictionary, TOPIK-format practice questions and mock exams, pronunciation and grammar rules, and spaced-repetition review.

2. Account

Most features work without an account. Without signing in, your wordbook and progress stay on this device only and are not synced.
Signing in with Google or Apple grants us access to basic account information (email and display name) for cloud sync.
You may permanently delete your account and cloud data at any time via Me → Settings → Delete account.

3. Free access and usage limits

New users get a 3-day free trial with unrestricted content.
After the trial, each day's reading, listening and advanced practice require watching a rewarded ad (which unlocks that day) or a Premium subscription.
The free plan also has daily caps: the Vocabulary library and the pronunciation quiz may each be opened 3 times per day, resetting at midnight. These caps cannot be lifted by watching an ad; only Premium removes them.
Your Wordbook, wrong-answer notebook and the grammar fill-in game are not subject to these limits.

4. Subscription and payment

Premium subscription: a monthly plan, at the local price shown in the App Store.
Payment is processed by the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, Apple will charge your account for the next period within 24 hours prior to the end of the current one.
Manage or turn off auto-renewal in Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or in the app via Me → Settings → Manage subscription.
Completed billing periods are non-refundable; refund requests follow Apple's policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you purchased on another device, restore it via Me → Settings → Restore purchases.

5. Content and licensing

Some learning content (articles, example sentences, explanations) is AI-assisted and human-reviewed, and is provided for study reference only.
All practice and mock-exam questions are original items written in TOPIK format by Hanitoo. They are not past official exam questions (기출문제).
Dictionary data comes from the National Institute of Korean Language's Basic Korean Dictionary, licensed under CC-BY-SA 2.0 KR.
News items include only a headline, a short excerpt and a link to the original; copyright remains with the original publisher.
Content is for your personal, non-commercial study only and may not be copied, publicly transmitted or redistributed.

6. Prohibited conduct

Cracking, reverse-engineering, or otherwise circumventing payment and usage-limit mechanisms.
Bulk-scraping content with automated tools.
Interfering with the service or attempting unauthorised access to other users' data.

7. Changes and termination

We may add, adjust or remove features and content; significant changes will be announced in the app or in these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
You may stop using the app and delete it at any time; fees already charged are not refunded as a result.

8. Disclaimer

This app is a self-study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Institute for International Education or the organisers of TOPIK. AI-generated content and dictionary definitions are for study reference only, are not guaranteed to match official exam content, and we are not responsible for your exam results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is".

9. Minors

If you are under 18, use of this service and any purchase requires the consent of your legal guardian.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and announce it in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
